Determine the first CD ROM drive letter

You can never be certain what drive letter the CD ROM on another system will have. Or that it'll even have a CD ROM.

You can't always tell which CD ROM is in use if there are multiple drives, but most users only have one.

MS has posted some VBA code to return the letter of the first CD ROM on a system.
