CLSCentralAddInn - run-time error '5' Invalid procedure call or argument

Problem

You install Office XP
When you start PowerPoint, you get an error message:

CLSCentralAddInn [sic: two "n"s in AddInn]
Run-time error '5':
Invalid procedure call or argument

Solution

Check to see if there is an online testing application called SAM 2000 installed. If so, remove it - that should solve the problem.
