Prevent PowerPoint XP from converting OrgCharts to XP format

Problem

When you open a presentation from an earlier version of PowerPoint in PowerPoint XP (2002), it automatically converts any MS OrgChart organization charts into the format used by the XP version of OrgChart.

This can cause problems if you share your presentations with others who edit them in earlier versions of PowerPoint/Office.
