I accidentally deleted my file

You can often recover recently deleted files from Windows' Recycle Bin.

Take a deep breath. Calm yourself. Now ...

Quit PowerPoint if it's running
Double-click the "Recycle Bin" icon on your Windows desktop
If your file's there in the Recycle Bin, right-click it and click Restore
Close the Recycle Bin
Start PowerPoint and try opening the file from wherever it was when you deleted it
