How to install PPTools and demos

Once you've downloaded any of the PPTools, you need to install it.

Start PowerPoint.
From the main menu bar, choose Tools, Macro, Security.
Click the "Security Level" tab and choose Medium or Low.
Click the "Trusted Sources" tab and put a check next to "Trust all installed add-ins and templates". Click OK.
Quit PowerPoint.
Run the EXE file you downloaded.
If you've never installed any PPTools before, choose any folder to install the PPTool into. We recommend that you accept the default folder suggested by the installer.

When you re-start PowerPoint, your new PPTool will be installed and ready to use
Go back to the Tools, Macro, Security dialog box and set the Security Level back to Medium or higher.

The installer will suggest C:\Program Files\RnR\PPToolsV2 as the default installation folder. You're free to choose a different folder if you like, but ...
If you're installing more than one PPTools add-in, be sure to install them all to the same folder.
The user profile under which you're logged in needs Write and Modify privileges to the folder where you install PPTools add-ins.
You can generally install PPTools add-ins to a network drive but we do not recommend or support sharing the same installation among multiple users.

This won't work. It will make messes.
