I'm a reseller. How do I purchase your software for my customer?
It couldn't be simpler.
Your customer should:
- Visit our Download page and download the demo of the product they wish to purchase, test it, then contact you to request a purchase. If you're here, they've already done that. Or if you wish, you may download the installer and send it to them.
- Wait for a registration code they can use to unlock the demo. They will receive that after you've purchased the software for them.
What you should do
- Visit our Purchase page and locate the product your customer wants.
- Click the link for the product you're after). That takes you to an order page at ShareIt, the site that handles our online transactions.
- Fill in the first page of the order form as though you were the customer. That is, fill in the customer's company and name, address, email address and so forth. This way the company or individual is registered with us as the owner of the software and will receive email update notifications and can contact us in the event of registration problems and so forth. It's usually best to license the software to the company rather than the individual user.
- At a minimum, you'll need to know the following customer information:
- First and last name and optionally the company name
- Street address including zip/postal code
- Email address
- At the bottom of the page, choose a Payment Method and currency. If you wish to order by fax, click the "I prefer to order by fax" link for instructions. Otherwise, click Next.
- Next you'll enter your payment information. Exact details depend on the payment method you chose earlier, but for credit card purchase, you can enter your company's credit card information (card number, name, expiry, billing address and so forth).
- You'll get several chances to review and edit your information, and you can cancel at any time up to the point where you review the completed order and submit it.
- Once you submit the completed transaction, your customer will receive a confirmation email with their user name (the name the sofware is licensed to) and registration code, along with instructions for unlocking the software. If you also need a confirming copy of this email, please notify us at resellersupport@pptools.com - include the customer's name and the reference number for the order.
