When printing to the Distiller driver or using PDFMaker from PowerPoint, you find that your slides are cropped in the PDF.

To fix:

Open the PDF in Acrobat
Choose Document, Crop Pages .... (or press Ctrl + T)
In the Crop Pages dialog box, click All under Page Range then click Set to Zero
