SNR, by Thomas Lundin is a simply amazing and amazingly simple search and replace utility. There are both DOS and Windows versions, it handles single files or whole batches with equal ease. Not free, but the unregistered shareware version does most everything the full version does, and the full version has earned its modest price time and again here.
