These are the notes from the original PowerPoint presentation:

In most cases, customers don’t need to even use the clocks settings, but it is still a good idea to become familiar with them.

The clock has manual overrides for setting the time and date if needed.

This control can be used to switch from 12 hour mode to 24 hour mode if necessary. The 24 hour clock is often used by governwoment agencies and is frequently used overseas.

The mode selector is used when manually setting the date or time. Normally it will remain in the locked position because the clock sets itself.

One thing the customer will most likely want to set is the Time Zone selector. They simply set it to their own time zone and a few seconds later the clock sets itself for their time zone.

You should be aware that there are a few locations around the United States where the practice of Daylight Savings time is not observed, such as Arizona, Hawaii, and parts of Indiana. The clock has a switch allowing customers to disable the automatic switch to Daylight Savings Time if they happen to live in these areas.

Estimated Time: 58 seconds
