The email you just got swears that Congress is about to ramrod through a bill that'll charge you 5 cents per email you send or receive. Scary, considering that our CongressCritters are certainly dumb enough to perpetrate such an abomination without giving it a second thought (assuming that more than a few of them have the capacity for two thoughts in a day).

But the email did come from a hotmail address, so you're starting to wonder .... is it really true?
