ALT tags can add text description to graphics, but what about links and other text?
The Title attribute is one way:
<a title="Link to pptools site" href="http://www.pptools.com">PPTools</a>
produces this:
You can add titles to regular text as well:
<span title="here is some title text">This text has a title too</span>
produces this:
This text has a title too
